Dr. Pearson has been invited by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) to present his research at the annual international meeting to be held in September 2011 in San Francisco. Conducted along with Dr. Vito Quatela, Dr. Pearson’s study demonstrates an increased practice of healthy behaviors among patients who underwent facial cosmetic procedures. The study’s findings support what has been anecdotally noted by plastic surgeons for years – that patients’ post operative behaviors tend to exhibit more healthy patterns compared with the same patients preoperatively.
